Sponsor a week

Who this is for

Makers, firmware engineers and robotics builders trying AI agents on their own benches. Sponsors that fit make boards, parts, instruments, fabrication services and tools for that work.

The site is new. We have no published audience or subscriber numbers yet, and we will not promise impressions or results we cannot measure.

Placements

One sponsor at a time. A sponsor week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday and covers these three places:

• Every entry page. Beside the write-up on wide screens, after it on phones. This is where people read about a build and the gear it used.
• The home page. One card in the feed, after the fourth story.
• The Boot Log. One sponsor per issue of our weekly email, once sending starts. Until then a week covers the two site placements only.

Each placement is labeled "Advertisement". When a week is unsold, the slot shows a small note about sponsoring, not an empty box.

What you send

Logo

SVG, PNG or WebP. We host it ourselves and show it inside a 160 by 48 pixel box.

Name

Your company or product, up to 40 characters.

Pitch

Plain text, up to 140 characters. No formatting.

Link

One https link and a short button label, up to 24 characters.

No tracking pixels, scripts or third-party ad code. Each link carries UTM parameters that name Boards & Bots, the week and the placement, so you can count clicks in your own analytics.

The directory stays independent

Ads don't affect what we list or how we rank it. Sponsorship does not buy an entry, a higher rank, a positive review or a verification badge. Dustin reviews each sponsor for relevance. Our own products carry the same clear affiliation labels.
