Takedowns ยท for creators and anyone we got wrong
Corrections and takedowns
If an entry is about your work and something in it is wrong, or you would rather it were not here, tell us. We respond within 3 business days.
What we can do
- Fix a mistake in a title, summary, tag or verification level.
- Change how you are credited, or link a different profile.
- Remove the preview image we show from your page.
- Remove the entry.
How to ask
Email takedown@boardsandbots.com with:
- the entry's catalog number (it looks like BB-0142) or its link,
- what is wrong, or what you want removed,
- how you are connected to the work, for example that you wrote the repo or the post.
The button opens your email app with the subject and these questions filled in.
Copyright complaints
We remove the material while we look into it. We put it back only if what remains is clearly ours to show: our own summary and a link to the source.
What happens next
We reply within 3 business days. A correction shows on the entry with a short "Updated" note. A removed entry's page says it was removed and why, in one line, and its catalog number is never given to another entry.
