rttsh: a scriptable SEGGER RTT terminal for on-board firmware checks by agents

rttsh is a Windows command-line terminal over SEGGER J-Link RTT for checking firmware on the board. Firmware exposes a command console through RTT, and Lua scripts on the host send commands and assert on replies and timing. It shares the flashing probe, leaves the UART free and includes an 8-tool MCP server. The README's 23 example scripts target an STM32H743.

Briefing

rtt.expect returns the matched text and its captures. On a timeout the script exits with code 1 and prints the tail of the receive buffer. rttsh also flashes hex, elf and bin files and erases the chip, and with --elf it finds the RTT control block from the symbol. The MCP server's 8 tools are connect, disconnect, get_status, send, rtt_read, expect, mem_read and list_devices.

It needs the .NET 10 runtime and loads JLink_x64.dll, which is why it is Windows only. The README warns that exit code 0 does not mean the firmware passed; the verdict has to come from the response text.
