The CLI, the MCP server and a JavaScript SDK read one shared data core. Search accepts typos and Chinese terms, and the troubleshooting data matches symptom text such as "no serial port". Fixes come from a knowledge base built from Seeed's customer support, with a live search of wiki.seeedstudio.com as the fallback. The diagnose_ticket tool takes a pasted support ticket of up to 32 KB, sorts it into three triage levels and drafts a reply in Chinese.
compile_sketch runs arduino-cli on the user's machine and returns the firmware size or the exact compiler errors. It needs arduino-cli on the PATH, and the first compile for each board downloads its toolchain. The other 10 tools are read-only lookups.
