Embedded-AI Workspace: MISRA skill, datasheet MCP and HIL runner for STM32F4

Atilla Basut, a computer science student, built three pieces that help Claude write STM32F4 firmware. A MISRA-C review skill checks code, and an MCP server searches the 1,700-page RM0090 reference manual and lints register writes. A serial MCP server and HIL runner flash an STM32F4-DISCOVERY and run UART tests. The README says it was checked on that board.

Claimed
Why this evidence label?

README says it was verified on an STM32F4-DISCOVERY; the one public CI run of the HIL workflow failed.

Briefing

The README separates the parts by what they add. The skill changes how Claude reviews C and runs no code. The two MCP servers do what Claude cannot do alone: search a manual far too large for its context and open a serial port. A CI workflow runs the HIL job on a self-hosted runner and writes JUnit results.

The only public run of that workflow, on the initial commit, failed. We found no logs of a passing run.
