Briefing
The server's 17 tools sit on pyrtlsdr, with a 2048-point FFT under a Hamming window, peak detection and a 100-line waterfall history. Spectrum frames stream over WebSocket to the dashboard, which can also change frequency and gain. FM demodulation runs in a Docker container with GNU Radio fed by rtl_tcp. A station list holds 11 preset stations and searches radio-browser.info for more.
The README says it was developed and tested on Windows, where the dongle's TV driver must be swapped for WinUSB with Zadig; the launch scripts target Windows only. Without a dongle it switches to synthetic IQ data, and the FFT and waterfall still run. The recommended dongle is the RTL-SDR Blog V4, at about $35.
