A CLAUDE.md and playbook for taking Arduino circuits to custom PCBs

Two Markdown files in a CC0 repo guide Claude Code from a breadboard-proven Arduino circuit to a fabricated KiCad board. CLAUDE.md points the agent at a playbook in which it checks each part, writes one Python generator for schematic and board, and clears ERC and DRC. The author says every rule came from boards that shipped.

Briefing

The playbook runs in order. The agent triages the circuit, verifies each part against official documentation and proposes upgrades for the user to approve before any layout. The single Python generator emits schematic and board through kicad-cli and KiCad's Python API. After ERC and DRC reach zero, the agent exports Gerbers, renders and a BOM.

The last check is manual: the user compares the fab's preview with the renders before paying. For Codex and other CLIs, the README says to rename CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md. The repo holds no photos of the shipped boards the rules came from.
