Briefing
The user types camclave start to turn the camera on; the agent never starts a session itself. Each capture returns a PNG path that the agent opens with its own image tool, and the preview window flashes and beeps on every capture. The code writes no video. A snapshots mode saves a frame at a set interval for long tasks, overwriting one file.
Sessions time out after 15 minutes by default, with a hard cap of 60 minutes, and the reason given for each capture goes into an audit log.
