debug-devices: phone camera, webcam multimeter and boardview tools for repair agents

debug-devices connects coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex to a repair bench through an MCP server. The agent drives an Android phone camera with zoom and torch, reads a multimeter through a webcam and a vision model, and finds parts, nets and test points in the board's boardview file. The README's clip shows the monitor page only.

Briefing

The Android app serves an HTTP camera API for zoom, torch, rotation and snapshots. The author measured 25 to 29 px/mm at 10 to 12 cm. Boardview files are read with OpenBoardView 10.0.0's parsers through a small C++ command-line tool, obv-dump. At the start of each session the agent reads instructions.md, which holds the device, the fault and the measurements.

The server works with Claude Code, Codex CLI and the ChatGPT desktop app through Codex. Reading the multimeter needs an OpenRouter key for the vision model.
