quackd: a Python CLI that drives registered robots with LLM-chosen skills

quackd registers robots by name and has an LLM work toward a typed goal by calling one named skill per turn. Goals come from a terminal or from Claude over MCP, within step and time budgets, confirm gates and dry runs. The README lists eight robot bodies. Only a LeRobot SO-101 arm has run on hardware.

Briefing

Robots are listed in ~/.quackd/robots.json, and a group of them is a flock. Each turn the model picks one verb from the robot's manifest and never writes motor commands. Before moving it must give a feasibility verdict, and an "uncertain" verdict hands the decision to a human. quackd serve-mcp exposes nine robot_* tools to Claude Code and Claude Desktop.

The README has two run records for the SO-101. The 15 September record has 12 runs, and the arm fell at the end of each. The 23 September record reports 19 of 26 runs in which the arm did not move when asked. The other seven bodies run in a simulator or as mocks. quackd needs Python 3.11 or later.
